On September 19, 2019, my younger sister (13), Morgan, was hit by a car while walking to school. Before crossing the street she stopped and looked both ways. The two other cars there stopped for her, but the third car came “gunning it out of the parking lot.” After the accident she had to get immediate surgery and she wasn’t allowed to put weight on her right leg for 6-8 weeks due two having a broken fibula and tibia along with breaking her ankle. Since then she has gone through many physical therapy sessions and counseling. This not only affected my family and I, but our entire town. I encourage you to sign this petition to help get more crosswalks in Wrightstown, WI.
