According to the 'Keeping children safe in education 2022' statutory guidance for schools and colleges, 'all staff have responsibility to provide a safe environment in which children can learn'. Being in the presence of someone with multiple sexual harassment, assault and rape allegations creates an unsafe and unhealthy environment, but schools are supposed to be a safe place. 

By signing this petition, you agree that people with those allegations should not be allowed in an educational nature where they're around potential victims, not to mention the fear people experience witnessing an alleged rapist in a supposedly 'safe' place.
