The game of rugby has evolved into much more than just a sport. It is a massive global industry onto it's own, however the regulatory body is a veil of secrecy. They make changes however they want and don't involve us the public whom spend the money that is needed for the industry to flourish.

In any society besides Socialistic states and outright Communism people have the right to use media as a way to express there dismay or even happiness. In any society besides Socialistic States and Outright Communism judges can be held accountable for their actions.

South Africa has been the recipients of numerous bad refs not excluding what Rassie Complained about. Bryce Lawrence received the New Zealand ref of the year even after his horrible refereeing decision in the world cup quarter final. 

I believe the days where refs should be protected from public scrutiny is supposed to be over. However the only people with voices loud enough are bound by stupid rules that prevent them from making noise.

Rassie was not wrong to call out bad refereeing and also point in World Rugby's failure in regulating the law and order. 

Why can Judges be held accountable but not a referee? Why can Judges be criticized but not a Referee?
