World Rugby must make Rassie’s trial public

Rugby needs a change it’s clear to everyone except world rugby. Any rules will not be considered fair if they are inconsistent and at the moment they are definitely not consistent. The rules are too open to interpretation as they are, I do feel sorry for the referee’s today with the technology we have, showing everything. But why are we not trying to find a solution to include technology into the game in a way that assists more and doesn’t slow it down?
Here is where world rugby needs to be held accountable, Transparency is crucial if you have nothing to hide, Transparency is needed in not only helping the refs as it would relieve pressure but also helping the fans understand why these glaring errors keep happening and what the outcomes are. If we understood why refs make some of there decisions it would humanise them and make it easier to understand. We don’t know if you do anything about it nobody knows except the few that are involved, RUGBY IS FOR THE PEOPLE, without us there is no professional rugby.
Now for the trial
Everyone can agree that the Rassie Rant has been a talking point the world over and no matter the outcome there will be people unhappy, but once again you want it behind closed doors hidden from us the reason you are an organisation to start with, Why? Having a trial openly will prove that you have nothing to hide.
Please sign this not only for helping the game move forward but also so we can all understand the outcome whether you pro or against or just want some drama. Let’s make a change.
