I’m signing because no one should have to spend years of their life being dismissed and not getting proper treatment! I have Lipedema and I deserve proper treatment from providers who actually know what it is and how to treat it. The fat shaming needs to stop!

It affects me personally and I see the lack of awareness and education. It’s quite appalling to find such a lack of knowledge and suppprt.

I am signing because I have been living with lymphedema for the past 12 years and have found it difficult to get treatment especially in my country in Zimbabwe. We also need help in terms of education on this condition as well as treatment.

I'm signing because some people with lymphedema aren't as lucky as me to find out early on in life while it is still mild. Please sign
