Reinstate Dillian Whyte his position as a WBC mandatory challenger against Deontay Wilder.
Why this petition matters
Dillian Whyte, a heavyweight boxer who has fought the Top Ten fighters of the division has been patiently waiting for a shot at the WBC title against the current Belt Holder (Deontay Wilder).
Whyte has maintained his innocence amid claims of an "adverse finding" surrounding his points win over Oscar Rivas in July, and UKAD have now completely ruled out any wrongdoing by the 31-year-old.
However, Whyte will have to wait until February 2021 for his WBC heavyweight title shot, although he has been cleared by UK Anti-Doping.
After watching the interview of Whyte by Sky Sports Boxing “Dillian Whyte gives honest interview after being cleared”, his saddened, broken attitude and disbelief made many extremely distressed. Therefore, I have made this petition to bring justice to this and all Heavy Weight boxers risking their lives everyday to earn a living, to fight under fair and equal circumstances.
ESPECIALLY if they have not conducted any wrongful doing, fighters like Whyte should not have to suffer detriment mentally. As Whyte quotes, “I have been in a dark place considering my innocence”.
PLEASE, sign this petition for the equality of all Boxing Organisations to act accordingly with balances and checks when making vital decision as such.
