We wish to inform you of the continious misappropriation of Loans by Mr. Godwin Obaseki the Governor of Edo State, in connivance with Mr. Toju Onaiwu the Project Coordinator of SEEFOR and Mr.Tom Obaseki Project Ccordinator of NEWMAP in Edo State

Loans for projects in Edo State are diverted to sponsor political campaigns and private businesses. While contracts are inflated and given to cronies of the Governor, and hose executed are below standard, due to massive corruption, as contractors have to give kickbacks to Government officials.

We therefore call on you to stop the further disbursement of loans to the State, and set up a panel to investigate these allegations. The panel should consist of World Bank officials, EFCC, ICPC and Civil Society Organisations.
