Covid was the best thing to ever happen to the Unemployment Office (Workforce WV) & The Board of Review. Normal procedures are gone. Communications are impossible. Urgency, hardly. Covid is the reason, and they don’t need an excuse. 

Making life altering decisions on heresay and word of mouth alone. They make decisions that go against their own policies and guidelines in hopes people don’t read them. If you happen to speak up, that’ll be the last time you do so again. They will see to it that you never get a phone or an in person hearing ever again. 

Go ahead and commit purjery under oath it’s ok. Don’t have any of the documents needed? That’s ok, they can be produced 8 months after all the decisions have already been made. Just complete it and forge a name and when they realize they didn’t sign it, the Judge will play interference and talk to you like your the dumbest 5 year old that ever lived. 

They have failed not only myself, but hundreds of people during the worst possible time in history. They have forced people to abandon their own morals just to keep the utilities on, food on the table & food in our pets’ mouth. Now it’s time they are held accountable and investigated all the way to the Governor.
