Hi! This petition is for the sake of the hard working Bankers & all the individuals working in financial institutions that are under the regulation of State Bank of Pakistan. We as a whole are contributing a lot in the society, from customer service to settlement and after services whether it's front desk, back office or Digital platform support to the clients. We only ask for good pay against inflation and work life balance. 

New government has implemented changes in working days being Saturday as operational over the entire industry that is highly unjustified. The individuals working in the industry are contributing and dedicating their 12 hours per day which is a lot to offer to the business industry and 2 days day off (Saturday and Sunday) being a weekend is fair enough as every single has their personal time to meet their desired activities apart from the weekdays. 

Behalf of entire industry I request the current government of Mr. Shahbaz shariff to have a view on it and consider changing the work schedule so there is quality time left for the working individuals to live and enjoy. As a human being it's everyone's birth right to have so.
