                    We the At&t employees are petitioning to have the option to continue working from home. Due to the pandemic companies have been implementing new work models for their employees because of the  consistent spread of covid19. Working in the office can create an environment of paranoia and distress in the workplace that can at times be stressful due to the nature of our responsibilities in maintaining the network for our customers. Furthermore several employees have underlying conditions which puts their health in jeopardy of not just catching the virus but also possibly not surviving it. Together with our local union cwa3205 and others we would like our voices heard and request that At&t take into consideration that  management has expressed on many occasions that we are meeting and exceeding our metrics since we have been working from home as of march 2020. We would like cwa to support us in making this request to At&t. We thank you for your time and consideration of this sensitive matter.
