Allow people with disability to shop independently, rather than hiring a worker to do it

Currently, NDIS participants who have their funding managed by the NDIS are able to use their funding to pay for a support worker to do their groceries. However, they are not allowed to have the cost of delivery covered if they do it themselves online.
Woolworths, please contact the NDIA to find out how to become a registered provider, so that NDIS participants can claim the cost of delivery.
This simple gesture will make a huge difference to people who are unable to do their own groceries, and will give Woolworths a competitive edge over other supermarkets who do not do this.
