There is proposal to remove the Crystal Car wash and petrol station and replace it with apartment blocks. If successful, the nearest car wash and petrol station on New South Head Road will be in Rose Bay.
The council should promote the interests of the local community over the developers. I love drop my car off and them have a walk in the park. The petrol station is the last place you can fill you car before entering the city’s tunnels.
We do not need more apartments and more cars. Keep the car wash and petrol station.
