Being a Therapist/Hair stylist is not just a job it is our life our passion. Whether you work for yourself (one woman /man band)  employ people, or work for a salon this effects you! You have to speak up and demand that they hear us.

In a Goverment where job creation and sustainability is being promoted - this new EOHCB Bargaining Council is only contributing to job losses and income reductions!!! The CEO clearly states that this was created because off unfairness in our industry - what a joke!! We where not informed/invited  and not given a choice to vote or negotiate. I do believe Regulation in our Industry is a good thing and the way to move forward - but without the negative impact these Men have created! I want this dictator men off the panel and women and men I respect to make decisions On my behalf -   But never without being informed what the dealing or structure are!!

I want this blatant bullying to be stopped!! We have to stand together. Let's not join this corruptness. We have to fight to keep our industry sustainable - keep our Jobs!!!
