I care about women. I care about our safety and our surroundings. This change will defy whether a female will have to quit her job because of being followed home. This will change the danger we are put in every single day just by leaving the house. This will not only change her, it’ll change thousands of young girls that want to make it home safe, it’ll change the fact that we can’t go home after school to get our pepper spray and/or taser because we’ll be late to work. There has been frequent kidnappings, stalkings, assaults, restraining orders that don’t have much effect, etc. Let us be safe, let us be protected, let that feeling that your being followed go away, let less women turn up dead because they had nothing to protect them. I care about women, I care about our safety, and I care about you.
