Women's empowerment may be characterized as boosting women's self-esteem, capacity to make their own decisions, and right to influence societal change for themselves and others. Gender equality is a fundamental human right, as well as a prerequisite for a peaceful and successful society. However, girls and women continue to confront tremendous obstacles all across the world. Women are often underrepresented in positions of authority and decision-making. They are paid unequally for equal labor, and they frequently encounter legal and other restrictions that limit their employment options. Girls and women are frequently regarded as less important than males in the underdeveloped countries.

This petition intends to get support from many groups, the government, and, most importantly, every community, so that no woman is humiliated or seen as less significant than males. We must support not only men, but all genders equally!
