Earlier regular checks for breast and cervical cancer in women

I myself am a teenage girl and i feel strongly that the UK isn’t doing quite enough for breast screenings and cervical screenings for women. Currently you only get regular breast screenings from 50-70 every three years and regular cervical screenings from 25-64. Most women develop breasts from 8-16 and this, though it is more rare, comes with the risk of getting breast cancer. So why are regular check ups not available till you’re 50? Cervical screenings aren’t recommended till you’re 25 but once again, issues can still develop earlier than that age and young teenage girls shouldn’t feel that they can’t go to the doctors about this issue. Something needs to change.  We need to lower the age limits for regular screenings and make it available for everyone before it’s too late.
