Wombarra is a tiny coastal village wedged between the escarpment and the Pacific Ocean in a thin strip. It is one of those unique places with a small area of coastal vegetation and protected native flora and fauna.

The scale and number of homes proposed for the site is inconsistent with the surrounding area and will ruin the character of the neighbourhood and overwhelm such a tiny community.

16 dwellings are proposed which will involve heavy excavation and removal of 40,000 cubic metres of soil. Many native trees will be cut down. We can't let this happen to our community and set a precedence for other large scale development.

It's important we preserve the natural qualities of this tiny community for future generations to enjoy as well as visitors to the area. If you love this area as much as the people who live here and those that frequent the area, then help support our cause.
