40E Point Street,Bulli, NSW is zoned low density residential.
The Wollongong City Council are not supporting the proposal on traffic grounds. We are very happy to work with them to mitigate any parking issues.
A grocer/cafe specialising in organic local produce and healthy meals with lots of special accessories and day to day items is a great use for the space.
Our vision for 40E Point Street is of a warm and inviting gourmet grocer with accompanying cafe: "Two Mountains Merchants". With over 30 years experience as a Chef and Manager, Nigel will incorporate local produce to offer customers a range of eat-in and takeaway meals. His experience in high-end cuisine (just recently working at the Sydney Opera House "Portside") along with experience in upmarket pubs will offer a point of difference to Bulli.
Kate will use her art and design background to create a beautiful space and source a carefully curated selection of local and quality products.
Looking to work with local groups like the Surf Club it will be a great benefit to the local community.
We hope to employ our autistic son and create much needed local jobs!
We love the area and feel what we offer is the best outcome for the Point Street shop. It aligns itself perfectly to the locale and our hopes and dreams of what we can create. Not only for us but everyone passing by.
