as of recently there had been ongoing issues with drivers in the waste management company as they are not properly doing there jobs to ensure customers garbage is picked up and to ensure that customers are getting the services they paid for.

i would like for them to incorporate electronic or physical signatures by the customer to ensure there garbage was picked up or even a phone call for confirmation.

the point of this petition is why pay for services we are not getting that drivers are claiming they have picked up.

waste management has been a money hungry company and is ripping off customers and this needs stop
