I’ve been trying to get my refund from Wizz Air for over two months, I have followed their process of filling in a online complaint form, send expenses ect.  To this date I’ve had no correspondence from Wizz Air, I have tried their live chat who said they can’t help and also tried calling a premium rate number only to be cut off, I have also tried to reach out on social media with no response.  I feel this is not fair for myself and other Wizz Air customers, this needs to change.
