We want a "real" reply about non random case distribution related to latest heroclix set.

In the past as a player community we have dealt with some issues related to product quality and have just dealt with it saying their is nothing we can do about it. However as someone who spends several hundred dollars (minimum 2 cases every set) on every new major set release and knowing many others that do the same we need answers related to this latest issue. There are reports coming from across the country of venues having their entire inventory of cases being "figure for figure" exactly identical. I have seen pictures of one store producing 8 "Ultra Chases" in 8 cases.

Many times in the past we have seen small isolated incidents of cases without chases or weird distribution, but for the most part it has usually only been from 4 maybe 5 people affected. For once this this is not something isolated. From our online forums this seems to be happening everywhere. This needs to be addressed and answered out in the open.

With something like this happening how can we trust future releases? How can I and others as players justify ever buying multiple cases again? How did this happen without anyone noticing before they were in stores? Where is the quality control? And is anything being done to help the stores and players that have had to deal with this issue?
