Wisconsin State Republicans: Stop your attempt to repeal Same Day Voter Registration in Wisconsin

Wisconsin has a proud history of strong voter turnout, we have the 6th highest turnout in the Nation. Same day registration is especially important for young college voters, whose nearly constant moving makes it difficult and cumbersome to re-register. Allowing them to register at the polls has made a real difference in the number of students who use their right to vote.
Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, along with the Republicans of the State Senate and Assembly have expressed interest to repeal same day registration, citing widespread complaints, and a desire to make things easier and simpler for polling place workers and city clerks. However these groups have overwhelming rejected this argument, including the Wisconsin Association of Municipal Clerks. They have been unable to present any factual information backing up their claims that this system is bad for Wisconsin. They are trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist.
In politics, it's not often that our fundamental right to cast a ballot is threatened. This is one of those moments. Please stand with me and ask the Wisconsin State Senate Republicans, who hold just a 2 man majority, to vote against this repeal.
