Banning vaping is just so incredibly a waste of time. Why not instead of putting effort into something like this into something like finding a way to fund our schools or make tuition affordable. If wisconsin passes this it's just sickening to think we have Freedom that we cannot use.

I don't believe that it is necessary to ban smoking indoors or public places. To my knowledge there is no known health effects to bystanders of 2nd hand vapor. I believe it should be up to the business owner whether to allow use of e-cigs in their establishment. If the need was felt to restrict vaping in some areas I would say restaurants with a "full" menu wouldn't be that unreasonable. That does not include a bar or a bowling alley with a pizza oven. Of course places that could have a lot of children such as schools, libraries, stores, and places like the ymca shouldn't be allowed. To be clear, I have never vaped in places just mentioned because I don't feel it is necessary to. I've been vaping for 11 months now and have not heard one single complaint that my vapor is bothering them. I also feel I'm a respectable vaper and when I'm around other people I go to a part of the room where no one is in when I feel the need to vape. For instance when I'm bowling I will go up by the bar where no one is and vape not to be a bother to others. I'm sure there are some that don't follow the same steps as I do but I have never seen it where I live. I like having the option of choosing where I vape. I believe this could be a case of innocent til proven guilty type thing. Until it is proven harmful to people around you I think it's best we leave well enough alone. Smoking was allowed for numerous years indoors until it was proven harmful to others around it, why can't it be the same. Thank you for your time and hopefully I'll still be enjoying my vape while having beer for years to come.
