Yes! Because I have had all three of these carriers and they all were unfair to their customers so now I have T-mobile. They seriously need to make some big changes.

After years with Verizon we switched our plan and signed for a new lower plan through a verizon affiliate store. Our first bill was 300 dollars over the bill price which I immediately took to the store to see why. They told me we were using too much data on our plan. We were not! The next month they said we were 800.00 over our limit. My husband and I seldom use the computer and do not watch or download music. We had a plan that was more than adequate, but they said we used 35 gigabites of data. That is impossible. We then had to pay these overages and opted to drop our packaged deal and it cost us over 1200.00 dollars to get out of our contract. We will never go back and will advise others not to do business with them.

I'm signing because I end up paying way too much for data, and because Verizon also needs to follow T-mobile's lead in offering Pandora and other apps data usage free. They attempted to offer it free but went the wrong way about it by asking the app developers to pay the cost of the data we used.
