Operations Manager at Windstream New Mexico, United States

Windstream service has been unusable during peak hours in the La Mesilla area. In our small community we pay more for Windstream internet service than most customers do in larger cities and receive less bandwidth . We need accountability for our community. This petition calls for the firing of Frank Quintana, Operations Manager for our region.

Several years ago, I created a similar petition which led to improved Windstream service, but Frank Quintana has let our local network go into neglect again by over-selling the area, providing incompetent technical support, and prioritizing profits over service. THIS NEEDS TO STOP.
