A friend of mine volunteered at For the Love of Dogs no kill shelter in N. Carolina. Both her and her young son was attacked, unprovoked, by these rottweillers. She attempted to shield his body from the dogs doing any more harm to him as he was already losing a great deal of blood and laid on top of her son. In a newspaper article it stated that she tried to "shoo" the dogs away. That wasn't the actual truth in the matter. He has massive damage to his arms, back and face, she has puncture wounds on her neck, forehead, back, arms and legs along with a broken ankle. This shelter wants to put these dogs into isolation, which isn't fair to them, however they also have already physically attack two human beings, tasted blood and undoubtedly caused mental anguish to the little boys older sister who also witnessed the dog attack and attempted to keep them from attacking. As much as I and my friend along with her family loves dogs, these two dogs need to be euthanized.
