I am starting this petition in efforts to hopefully create at least one more appeal for Tommy Ziegler. 40+ years ago he was convicted of murder of his wife, mother in law and father in law.  I have listened  to many podcasts and seen many videos that prove that he is innocent and I believe he should at least be given the time of day to have all of the DNA evidence tested to prove his innocence. Florida judges seem to be scared to retest evidence against him. I think they feel that they are wrong and they will owe him something ... which they DO. I listened to Crime Junkie about him and again a 5 part podcast called "The Path Went Chilly" which shows MANY different sides of the story but the ONLY one that makes sense is his innocence. I need as many signatures as I can get to get the DNA tested/one more appeal & Tommy to be free. he has spent most of his life on death row and he deserves to be FREE. PLEASE SIGN TO HELP.
