The subdivision of Westbrook has historically had just one entrance in and out of the neighborhood which adds safety and keeps traffic flow to a minimum. The residents of Westbrook would like to keep our neighborhood this way, and we are requesting Florence County to not allow the Brookshire subdivision to connect our neighborhoods with Needles Eye Lane that crosses Hole 15 of Traces Golf Course.

Homeowners in Westbrook feel that the new development of Brookshire will be more densely populated than Westbrook, and that connecting Westbrook to Brookshire could negatively impact traffic flow in Westbrook, and property values. We respectfully request that the Florence County Council not allow a road to connect these two subdivisions.
