In our opinion, teen pay rates are unfair. In Australia, the minimum wage for teenagers goes up the older you get. This means, that a 16-year-old, who has worked since they were 13, would be paid less than a 19-year-old, who has never done a day of work in their life.
We believe teens should be paid from experience, not age.  

This is a federal problem as it affects the whole of Australia.
