As a 7th grade student at O.M.S I find that the time that I get as a student between passing is not enough time to go to the other side of the building, really it should be at least 5 minutes for passing periods and the time it takes for some students to get to lunch is almost 7, I can't say this from personal experience but, I do have some very close friends that have lost a third of their recess. So an extra 30 minutes would do just fine to relax and adjust for the next 3 to 4 hours of school. Here's another suggestion just add another 30 minute recces to just give the poor students fragile mind a break. If this change is to go through, the morale of the students would be much higher than the current level as nobody wants to learn for 8 hours straight. If this does not pass more and more students will become depressed from the constant learning and battering of the teachers talking when we are running short on sleep as I am while I am typing this. So please in the name of all the students attending at the oregon school district help us out. this will come out of connetions and homeroom
