L'ALIENAZIONE PARENTALE NON DEVE ENTRARE NELL'ICD - 11

Maison Antigone, Associazione no profit che si batte contro la violenza su donne e minori,  chiede a tutti i cittadini e le cittadine italiane di aderire alla lotta contro il costrutto ideologico della "Alienazione Parentale" (ex PAS)  sottoscrivendo   la propria richiesta di adesione  all'istanza presentata da Docenti Universitari ed esperti internazionali all'OMS (  v. in   https://studiolegaledonne.webnode.it/l/lettera-indirizzata-alloms-e-sottoscritta-173-docenti-ricercatori-e-organismi-internazionali-affinche-la-alienazine-parentale-non-sia-inserita-nellicd-11/   ) .

Il 22 aprile 2019 è stato inviato all'Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità (WHO) un documento sottoscritto da ben 173 Docenti e Ricercatori Universitari  australiani, francesi, canadesi, israeliani, spagnoli, svizzeri, inglesi, neozelandesi  e italiani, nonchè da esperti che si occupano di violenza su donne e minori.

Il documento illustra in 20 pagine i motivi per i quali la "alienazione parentale" (o qualsiasi altro costrutto diversamente nominato e ad esso ricollegabile) non debba essere inserito nell'ICD-11, in quanto "junk science" e mera strategia processuale nata e spesso  utilizzata allo scopo di negare, giustificare, normalizzare la violenza domestica patriarcale agita su donne e minori.

Attraverso le accuse di "alienazione parentale" nei tribunali vengono infatti negate e ignorate le violenze rivelate e denunciate dai bambini, le cui madri sono accusate di essere manipolatrici, suggeritrici "malevole" a cui , tramite delle CTU che diagnosticano la alienazione, vengono sottratti i loro figli minori: i quali dapprima vengono collocati  in case famiglia o in centri specializzati, dove viene avviato il loro reset mentale ed affettivo (deprrogrammazione e riprogrammazione) affinchè si distacchino emotivamente dalle madri e dimentichino la violenza subita e/o assistita, poi sono affidati all'altro  genitore,  indicato dal bambino medesimo come abusante. Talvolta  ciò accade sebbene il genitore rifiutato sia stato contemporaneamente  rinviato a Giudizio per maltrattamenti domestici o addirittura condannato in via definitiva: ciò in quanto la "junk science" riterrebbe che la presenza di una padre violento e perfino pedofilo sia più importante e benefica,    per un figlio, rispetto al distacco dalla fonte della violenza.

PARENTAL ALIENATION" SHOULD NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE ICD-11 BECAUSE IS JUNK SCIENCE

Maison Antigone , a non-profit association that in Italy  fights against violence against women and minors, calls on all European and non-European citizens to join the struggle against ideological construct of "Parental Alienation" (formerly called "PAS") by signing its membership request in order to support the motion presented to the WHO (World Health Organization) by University Professors and international experts.

On April 22, 2019, a document was sent to the World Health Organization (WHO) signed by as many as 173 University Professors and Researchers from Australia, France, Canada, Israel, Spain, Switzerland, England, New Zealand and Italy, as well as experts dealing with of violence against women and minors.
The document illustrates in 20 pages the reasons why "Parental Alienation" (or any other construct otherwise named and related to it) should not be included in the ICD-11, as PAS is "junk science" and a mere procedural strategy born and often used for the purpose of denying, justifying and normalizing patriarchal domestic violence affecting women and minors.
In the courts, through the accusations of "Parental Alienation" against mothers, the violence revealed and denounced by the children is denied and ignored; what is more, their mothers are unjustly accused of being manipulative and "malevolent" instigators; through CTUs (technical consultations made by court experts) they are diagnosed with "Parental Alienation" and their minor children are taken away.
Children are initially placed in so-called "Family Home", or in specialized centers where their "mental and affective reset" (deprogramming and reprogramming) starts, so that they emotionally detach themselves from their mothers and forget the violence suffered and/or assisted. Then, they are entrusted to the other parent indicated by the children themselves as an abuser.
Sometimes this happens even though the rejected parent is simultaneously taken to trial for domestic abuse, or even definitively condemned: this often happens due to the fact that this "(PAS) junk science" believes that the presence of a violent and even pedophile father is more important and beneficial for a child, instead of keeping the child away from the source of violence.

L'aliénation parentale ne doit pas entrer dans le ICD

Le 22 Avril 2019 un document signé par 173 professeurs et rechercheurs universitaires provenant de l'Australie, France, Canada, Israël, Espagne, Suisse, Angleterre, Nouvelle Zélande et Italie, si bien que par des experts qui s'occupent de violence contre les femmes et les enfants, a été envoyé à l'organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS).
 

 
 
Ce document de 20 pages décrit les motivations par lesquelles la "aliénation parentale" (si bien que toute autre doctrine différemment nommée mais liée à la pas) ne doit absolument pas être insérée dans le ICD 11, tant que "junk science" et strategie processuelle créé et souvent utilisée au fin de justifier, normaliser, dénier la violence domestique patriarcale que l'on agit contre femmes et enfants. Dans les tribunaux, en faites, à travers les accusations de "aliénation parentale", on ignore et dénie les violences dénoncées par les enfants, dont les mères sont injustement accusées d'être manipulatrices, de donner des suggestions "méchantes". Ces mères, parmi des expertises techniques du tribunal qui diagnostiquent l'aliénation, sont privées de leurs enfants, qui viennent d'abord abrités dans les maisons d'accueil ou bien dans des centres spécialisés, où l'on fait partir leur reset mental et affectif (déprogrammation et reprogrammation) afin qu'ils se détachent émotivement de leurs mères en oubliant la violence subie et/ou assistée. Les enfants sont en suite confiés au parent que le même enfant avait indiqué comme abusant.
 

 
 
Cela arrive parfois même si le parent refusé est au même temps renvoyé à jugement pour violence domestique, voire condamné en voie définitive. En faites, la junk science jugerait que la présence d'un père violent, voire pédophile, soit plus importante et bienfaisante pour un fils que le détache de la source de la violence.

Em 22 de abril de 2019, foi enviado um documento à Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) assinado por 173 professores e pesquisadores universitários e universitários da Austrália, França, Canadá, Israel, Espanha, Suíça, Inglaterra, Nova Zelândia e Itália, além de especialistas em violência contra mulheres e crianças.

O documento ilustra em 20 páginas as razões pelas quais a "alienação parental" (ou qualquer outro construto de outra forma nomeado e relacionado a ele) não deve ser incluída na CID-11, como "ciência lixo" é uma mera estratégia processual nascida e frequentemente usada com a finalidade de negar, justificar, normalizar a violência doméstica patriarcal que afeta mulheres e crianças.

As denúncias de "alienação parental" nos tribunais de fato negam e ignoram a violência revelada e denunciada por crianças, cujas mães são injustamente acusadas de serem manipuladoras, conselheiras "malévolas" a quem, por meio de perícias que diagnosticam a alienação, são afastadas de seus filhos menores: eles são os primeiros colocados em casas de família ou em centros especializados, onde a reinicialização mental e emocional (desprogramação e reprogramação) é iniciada para que eles se separem emocionalmente de suas mães e esqueçam a violência sofrida e / ou assistida; confiada ao outro progenitor, indicado pela própria criança como abusador. Às vezes isso acontece, embora o pai rejeitado tenha sido simultaneamente enviado de volta ao julgamento por abuso doméstico ou mesmo condenado definitivamente: isso porque a "ciência do lixo" consideraria que a presença de um pai violento e até mesmo pedófilo é mais importante e benéfica ao filho, com relação ao desapego da fonte de violência.

SYNDROM ZAVRŽENÉHO RODIČE NESMÍ BÝT ZA

Maison Antigone, nezisková organizace, která bojuje proti násilí na ženách a dětech, žádá všechny občany Evropské unie i občany mimoevropské, aby se připojili k boji proti ideologickému pojmu: “Syndrom zavrženého rodiče” (PAS) tím, že podepíší žádost o připojení k instanci přednesenou univerzitními profesory a mezinárodními odborníky Světové zdravotnické organizaci (WHO).

Dne 22. dubna 2019 byl zaslán Světové zdravotnické organizaci (WHO) dokument podepsaný 173 profesory a vědci z Austálie, Francie, Kanady, Izraele, Španělska, Švýcarska, Anglie, Nového Zélandu a Itálie, jakož i odborníky, kteří se zabývají násilím na ženách a dětech.

Dokument na 20 stranách nastiňuje důvody, proč “syndrom zavrženého rodiče” (nebo jakýkoliv jiný pojem na něj navazující) nesmí být zahrnut do ICD-1, protože jde o "junk science“, pouhou procesní strategii vytvořenou a často používanou za účelem negace a odůvodnění domácího patriarchálního násilí na ženách a dětech.

Pod záminkou obvinění ze “syndromu zavrženého rodiče” totiž soudy často ignorují a zamítají násilí oznámené dětmi, jejich matky jsou neoprávněně obviňovány z manipulace, zlovolného vsugerovávání. Prostřednictvím soudních expertiz je u nich diagnostikováno odcizení, jsou jim odebírány nezletilé děti, které jsou nejprve umístěny do “dětských domovů” (v Itálii tzv. case – famiglia) nebo specializovaných center, kde dochází k jejich mentálnímu a citovému resetu (odprogramování a naprogramování), aby se citově odpoutaly od matek a zapomněly na jim (nebo jejich matkám) způsobené násilí. Následně jsou přiděleny rodiči, který byl předtím obviněn z násilí. Toto se občas stává i v případě, že byl předtím násilnický rodič odsouzen za své trestné činy v rámci domácího násilí. To znamená, že tato junk science považuje přítomnost násilnického otce a dokonce pedofila za důležitou a prospěšnější než zrušení zdroje násilí.

Maison Antigone, a nők és a kiskorúak elleni erőszak ellen küzdő nonprofit egyesület felhívja az európai és nem európai polgárokat, hogy csatlakozzanak ahhoz a küzdelemhez mely a „szülői elidegenedés” (korábban PAS) ideológiai konstrukciója ellen harcol , azáltal, hogy aláírják azt a kérelmet melyet egyetemi professzorok és a nemzetközi szakértők nyújtottak be a WHO-nak.

2019. április 22-én egy dokumentumot küldtek az Egészségügyi Világszervezetnek (WHO), melyet 173 egyetemi és egyetemi tanár és kutató írt alá Ausztráliából, Franciaországból, Kanadából, Izraelből, Spanyolországból, Svájcból, Angliából, Új-Zélandból és Olaszországból, valamint szakértők, akik a nők és a kiskorúak elleni erőszakkal foglalkoznak.

A dokumentum 20 lapon illusztrálja azokat az okokat, amelyek miatt a „szülői elidegenedés” (vagy bármely más, ehhez kapcsolódó és ehhez hasonló) konstrukció nem szerepelhet az ICD-11-ben, mint „junk tudomány” és egy puszta eljárási stratégia, amely azért született és gyakran azért használják hogy megtagadják, igazolják és normalizálják a nőket és a kiskorúakat érintő patriarchális családon belüli erőszakot.

A „szülői elidegenedés”-sel vádjain keresztül valójában megtagadják, és figyelmen kívül hagyják a gyermekek által feltárt és elítélt erőszakot, és az anyákat igazságtalanul manipulatív, „rosszindulatú” tanácsadóként vádolják, akiktől az elidegenedést diagnosztizáló CTU-k révén elveszik kiskorú gyermekeiket: először gyerekotthonokban vagy speciális központokban helyezik el őket, ahol mentális és érzelmi resettálasuk es átprogramozásuk kezdődik, hogy érzelmileg eltávolítsák édesanyától, és elfelejtsék az elszenvedett és / vagy látott erőszakot, majd később a másik szülőre bízva, amelyet a gyermek maga jelzett bántalmazónak. Néha megtörténik, hogy az elutasított szülő ellen vádemelés történt vagy már van végleges itelet családon belüli erőszak miatt : ez azért lehetséges, mert a "junk tudomány" úgy véli, hogy egy erőszakos és akár pedofil apa jelenléte fontosabb és előnyösebb a gyermeknek , mint az erőszak forrásától való eltávolítása.
