Resident parking has been redesignated as parking for the Clubhouse, making an already poor parking situation even worse by limiting the avaliable parking areas for residents to the side streets, creating blind spots for drivers, thus endangering community children who routinely play around the area. The HOA management does not listen to our wishes, so we must act in our defence. Our petition will outline the community support for removing the ill-conceived parking limit signs placed on what was once resident parking areas, with the goal of also removing said signs, and forcing the developers to create more parking, utilizing the "community square" area to provide proper parking for residents, ensuring safe streets for drivers, residents, pedestrians, and any of our children that love to play around the houses. This petition will serve as our community voice with the laxidasical HOA management, who have recently been showing signs of not having the community's best interests in mind with some of their decisions, we hope to reestablish a mutual trust with the management in the understanding that they work for US, the homeowners, and not themselves. We must unite in our cause of ensuring our community is maintained for, by, and of the homeowners in our community, and that our voices WILL BE HEARD.
