To make this short and sweet we will just say that if you are getting this, chances are that you already know the things that have happened and continue to happen with the Whitko High School cheerleading team. The things that these young girls have experienced both in the present and the past are completely unthinkable. Not only are there things that regularly occur that make these young girls feel terrible about themselves, there is also not one bit of structure or fairness when it comes to how this cheerleading team has been run for quite some time. Have you ever heard of a school where there is no unbiased vote when trying out for the team, or where your child can make varsity regardless of her qualifications? A coach is supposed to be a mentor and someone that a child can look up to, respect, and learn from. NO ONE deserves the privledge of being a coach when they cause even one child to feel torn down, defeated, or like less of a person.
