In Whitby Ontario there is a Dog park South. (most of you know because you are probably there)
It get Dark at night and you can't see anything when you are there after sunset, Which makes people leave. So if you put lights in the park people will stay longer after Dark and Keep the Park in use more.
All it needs is 1 to 3 Lights just to make it Visible in the park and to get attention of The Government to do something.
So please sign this to help us get lights for the South Whitby dog park.
