I am a disabled Senior receiving Social Security living on a fixed income. I am unable to work so I do not file Income Taxes. This makes me ineligible for California Stimulus Rebates. I feel this is shortsighted and unfair. I need help as the high prices are forcing choices between food and medicines. It is difficult to Maintain a place to live when rents continue to rise. This is not just a request to be included, it is a request to survive.
