Cessation of dumping between Cleveland Sq and Chilworth St by bins

Big black bins on the corner of Cleveland Square and Chilworth  Street London W2 have become a magnet for wider communal dumping.  Local residents are walking past piles of food and other waste spilling into the street on a daily basis.  Rats are seen regularly and have entered into our homes too.

the council needs to address this problem with long term feasible solutions.

not only is the square residential but it is Grade II listed and one of london’s prize stucco fronted garden squares.  It currently looks like a scene from the undeveloped third world.

this needs to cease.  It is unhygienic, sickness promoting, a clear sign of anti social behaviour and unsightly.
