I believe and have stated numerous times that our trail system is not a place for Golf Carts

As a runner and biker, I use this trail often, as well as the monon. Motorized vehicle; especially wide golf carts, are dangerous for those trying to get exercise and use the trail.

This trail runs behind my house and my daughter and I walk our dogs, run and enjoy the trail. This is all about safety and having something that's quiet and available to us.

The trail runs behind my house and I don't like having motorized vehicles essentially running through my backyard. I live along a section they are currently not allowed to use, but that doesn't stop them. We even see then after dark when the trail is closed.

Golf carts in the street is ok, on trails they present a hazard. The trails are to escape the rat race and enjoy nature!

This is a city. Not a country club. People like this idea are also people who didn't think parking was needed at Grand Junction.

Golf cart use is not being monitored and rules/laws created by the city government are not being enforced. They are a safety hazard on the trails.

We live in the area adjacent to this trail. It is our childrens main trail to ride bikes and rollerblade. Too many blind corners, and as I have seen, too many kids driving golf carts on this trail without being aware of others. Out of a public space, you have created a sense of entitlement for some while making others have to be more aware or those carts flying around blind corners. Poor decision.

I’ve experienced a near disaster with my young children on their bikes and a golf cart as well. We were very lucky no one was hurt bad!
