I have made this petition to call for the removal or resignation of Jeff Pancione from the Position as  Super Intendent of Hampshire County Board of Education.

Jeff Pancione since the beginning of the Pandemic has made numerous amounts of bad decisions and legislative misjudgments that leads myself and many others in the county to the conclusion that a change of leadership is necessary. He has made many poor choices educating our children and managing the schools activities since the pandemic. Including a failed online schooling program and overly restricting masking requirements for Children, that has actively discouraged children's pursuit of education. 

The final deduction of his poor leadership and decision making was displayed on his decision on the reinstatement of a bus driver that was under investigation for laying his hands on a High School girl that he was later acquitted for due to lack of evidence on a bus with a VHS security system that had no tape. Jeff Pancione held a board meeting the week prior to thanksgiving and despite protest from the parents held an executive session shutting out the voices of parents. He is now back on the same route as the alleged incident 

Jeff Pancione has displayed that he is in dereliction of his duties to look after students safety and well being, he no longer serves the people he was appointed by and his resignation or termination is required. The bus driver in question also needs to be taken off the route of the alleged incident Immediately.
