The state of West Virginia takes poor care of State roads. Roads with potholes and washouts are damaging civilians vehicles causing them to not pass inspection and cost them money to replace items to make the vehicle suitable for the roads to pass inspection.   If state roads were suitable for vehicles then civilians would not have to pay more to keep their vehicle in operating condition to pass inspection! We pay state taxes to keep our states land safe and assured for good living.  It’s hard to have good living when your vehicle is in need for repair because of the states roads!
