We, the undersigned citizens of Berkeley and Jefferson Counties WV, demand the immediate recall and investigation of Judge Sally Gavin Jackson. There have been countless victims of this Judge over the past 15 years; her reputation and outrageous behavior in and out of the courtroom are well known. She has needlessly, senselessly, wrongfully, and illegally caused irreparable damage to hundreds of good parents and their children in the course of her career. She has knowingly and repeatedly violated the civil rights, parental rights, and most importantly the human rights of so many suffering parents. There are hundreds of complaints posted online and on social media by her victims. There have been a substantial amount of complaints filed against her at the WV Judiciary level, yet nothing has been done to date. She was admonished by the Court in February of 2021, but as of the date of this petition she still has her position. Sally is aware of the growing calls for her removal, and is planning to retire soon as the pressure is mounting. We welcome her retirement, but we demand more than that. We demand that while she is still in office she be officially recalled and an investigation be launched into her behavior and rulings. We demand a review of every single case she presided over if either party involved request such. We demand that if it is found that she erred in a case, broke the laws of the court and the State Of West Virginia, or violated the civil or human rights of anyone involved in a case with her, that she be subject to civil and financial penalties and restitution to her victims. We demand that any state or county funded retirement or pension she may be entitled to after retirement be frozen and distributed to her victims should the court find such.

Sally is ready to retire and pull the cord on her golden parachute, but we cannot allow her to escape justice. She must be held accountable now.
