Dear Mankind

The Forest School has been the only Boys School in and around Horsham, including most of West Sussex. It is a colossal shame to witness it being transformed into a mixed school, despite there being a plethora of other schools in the area where parents who prefer a mixed school may send their kids. There are numerous parents from across the county who travel vast distances, purely to ensure their children can attend an only Boys School. There are children who attend from far flung areas such as Crawley and in the past, even Dorking. Such parents will be placed in deep turmoil on recieving news of Forest being transformed.

As mentioned, there are many other Schools in the area including a girls school a mere stones throw away as well as mixed schools by the plentiful, leaving no valid excuse for the need to convert Forest Boys School, into a Forest Mixed School.
