We need time as a community to figure out the “highest and best use” for this key parcel in our Centre Street business district, adjacent to one of our most beautiful and historic neighborhoods in Boston. Its development will have an impact on West Roxbury's community life for decades to come.

The West Roxbury community needs and deserves a chance to think through all the possibilities for this core, high profile site, not just respond under pressure to a proposal from a developer eager to cash in on a hot real estate market with another big box condo building.
