FROM THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF THREE 6 STOREY HIGH BLOCKS & A 90 SPACE CAR PARK. 

The proposed development will create many issues for surrounding residents and especially those living adjacent to the development site, some of which will greatly impact their mental health. 

This will not only affect the current residents in a negative way but the existing wildlife in the area too, such as deer, bats, squirrel's, foxes, rabbits birds of prey (buzzards) and many other species. Some of the animals will not survive this kind of disruption to their habitat. If this development was to go ahead it could also lead to a rapid decline in the mental and overall physical health of the residents who live in and around the development site.

The developer also speaks of privacy for their future residents, with no consideration for the privacy of those who already reside in the area. More so when there is a multiple 6 storey blocks directly facing their homes, not to mention the proposed flats will no doubt tower above the current tenement buildings blocking sunlight and darkening the gardens which barely see the sun much as it is. If this proposal is accepted, it will have a serious impact on the daily lives, health and wellbeing of the current residents, from noise, congestion and privacy issues, as well as intentional disruption without need to the natural surroundings and all existing wildlife.
