I myself suffer from Coeliac' s disease. And have done since I was a child. 30 years on and it's still a struggle to get gluten free meals out and about. And to get people to understand what it actually means to live a life being gluten intolerant.

I'm sure I am not the only coeliac that struggles and gets frustrated when large companies offer an vegetarian and vegan option. But have nothing available that is gluten free. Or you can have the gluten free option but it's without all the bits that come with the meal. E.g. you have to choose a burger without the bun and onion rings. But still don't get a discount on the price of the meal. But received less ingredients than another person. It feels very unfair and very disheartening when you have to dictate to people around you where to go for food, or your sat there not eating anything because you can't have anything on the menu.
