Haven Campaign started this petition to Welsh Government

In the UK, 32,000 individuals are without food, without shelter. To make matters worse, without a permanent address, individuals classified as homeless have limited access to vital services and opportunities. These services can include, healthcare, employment, education and general support.

To rectify this, we at Haven, propose to instate a PO Box proxy address point for individuals defined as homeless under Part 7 of the Housing Act of 1996. This would make the aforementioned services more accessible and will provide greater opportunities to those most in need.
