In school, students are not allowed to wear hats. This takes the students' individuality away from themselves and forces them to make everyone look the same. Giving hats back to the students will give them more freedom to express who they are. This will improve their productivity in school and allow them to be noticed. Many people wear these hats outside of school and it is hiding them when they are forced to remove it. Scott county needs their freedom. Scott county needs the students. Let them be able to express who they are by showing their support for the businesses the by the hats from.
