Convicted animal abuser, Christy Tuchel is STILL using the court system to request a new trial. 

A motion hearing is scheduled for March 23, 2021 beginning at 9:00 am in Circuit Court Branch #1 before Hon. L. Edward Stengl. 

Apparently, Tuchel has not yet accepted that she is responsible for the horrors inflicted upon the dogs at Kinship Companion Kennels by herself and daughter, Breanna Mikula.

Breanna Mikula is currently living  in Milwaukee, using an assumed name and claims to be running a Dog Rescue.  She owns a Newfoundland and a Great Dane.  The Great Dane had a litter this fall.  Breanna is now posting the Great Dane for sale.  She is also posting her Golden Retriever for stud services.  The Golden Retriever was the sole surviving puppy found in the 80+ degree garage when the dogs were removed by the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department.  The puppy was not taken at the time the other dogs were removed from the Middle Road property.  When the mother/daughter team was ordered not to possess animals, this puppy was housed by family advocate, Catherine Schnur. Now that Breanna is back in the "dog business" he is being used for  breeding. 

We have not forgotten the horrors inflicted by Tuchel and Mikula on children and animals. 

Animal abusers should not be allowed to continue to possess animals.
