Convicted Animal Abusers Christy Tuchel and her daughter, Breanna Mikula, were in Sheboygan County court once again.  Tuchel filed a lawsuit in July of 2017 against the Sheboygan County Humane Society.  The Sheboygan County Humane Society rescued the surviving dogs from their horrid living conditions on June 28, 2017.  The dogs have continued to remain in the care of the Sheboygan County Humane Society.  

Tuchel was in court today for a hearing and continues to drag out the legal battle.  Today the excuse was she needed to discharge Gary George as her attorney and hire a new attorney.  This pushes the next hearing forward until March 8, 2019.  

The Sheboygan Humane Society has incurred costs daily while caring for these dogs.  Tuchel refuses to pay these costs and refuses to drop her suit against the Sheboygan County Humane Society.  

Tuchel and Mikula are masters at manipulating the legal system when they actually should both be in prison for their crimes. 

Tuchel did arrive at the courthouse sporting her "ankle bracelet."  Of course, Breanna tagged along as her accomplice.  What we don't understand is why any parent drags a minor child, who should be in school, to a court hearing? Let's hope that this child doesn't somehow think someday she is going to possess an animal.
