At 10 am status hearing this morning Christy Tuchel stated a medical condition makes it so she is not able  to attend her sentencing hearing this afternoon. A doctor wrote a sealed letter which was used in court to say delaying would be a reasonable thing to do, and had other HIPAA protected info.

New sentencing hearing set for 1:30 pm Friday, October 5.

If you planned on attending, please mark your calendars and adjust your schedule for Friday October 5 at 1:30pm in Circuit Court Branch 1.

It is not winning a battle, but having the staying power to win the war! Remember, Christy is a convicted felon.
The justice system works....just not as fast as we would always like!
Keep the faith and show up on October 5th!

We will not forget what she did to the dogs.  Justice will prevail.
