The newest development in the case of  convicted animal abuser, Christy Tuchel, is not surprising.

Animal abuser, Christy Tuchel has asked for a new trial. Apparently she doesn't believe the jury verdict of GUILTY.  She thinks a different jury will reach a different result?  We think not. 

A motion hearing has been sent for August 30th at 2:00. During this time, the judge will hear both sides and make a decision or whether or not a request for a new trial will be granted. 

If you can attend, please do so.  We need to let the judge know we have not forgotten!
